Which email tools do you work with?
Klaviyo most of the time, plus Omnisend, Mailchimp, Drip, or whatever you already use. If you are on the wrong one for your store we will tell you, and moving you is something we do — but we will not push a move you do not need.
Who writes and designs the emails?
We do, and it is included. You will not get a bill for design, and you will not be asked to write anything yourself. You approve everything before it is sent.
How quickly do things actually happen?
Two working days for anything you ask us to make, and a reply to every message within one working day. Both are written commitments — hold us to them.
What do you need from me to start?
View-only access to your email tool and your store, plus any logos or photos you already have. Most of the first month is us working, not you filling in forms.
Can I stop?
